It's Kelly and I've been into fitness for a solid 5 years now. Starting out, I was a typical cardio bunny until I learned about the other spectrum of fitness and different benefits. Fast forward 5 years later, I've competed in numerous power lifting and crossfit meets and continue to coach a group of fitness enthusiasts.
